This August, Han Guk Mu Sool, will be hosting its first Super Summer Seminar & Social event and providing a weekend of expert workshops and evening entertainment.
Master Sims will be giving workshops on Forms and Body Mechanics as well as application of Techniques and Bio-Mechanics. He will be joined by Masters Philip D Holmes & Master John Gravenall who are also adding workshops on our Fighting Platforms and Pressure Point defence and application.
One not to be missed, the Saturday evening will also see our family come together for a social event including food and live music.
